Before a Heater is put under Contract the heater must be verified by one of American Petroleum’s certified HVAC Tech’s to be in proper working order.

In Order to Confirm that the Heater is in Proper Running Order-

Includes: Efficiency check of burner includes: Vacuum Cleaning, Inspect and set electrodes,  Replace nozzle, Check base of chimney, Check fan and air intake, Check cartridge in oil line filter, Lubricate motors, Clean and test electrical oil burner controls, adjust burner to proper air-oil ratio, Examine for proper fusing, Examine belts, pulley and couplings, Inspect smokepipe and seal clean out openings, and Adjust draft regulator.

CONTRAT PRICES EFFECTIVE AS OF DECEMBER 2009.

ALL HEATERS MUST HAVE OIL FILTER COMPLETE FOR CONTRACT TO BE EFFECTIVE.

PLAN A HOT AIR HEATER

The Plan A Contract is for Hot Air Heaters Only.

Cost For one-year Contract is $159.95

Heater Cleaning and Inspection must be completed by September 30th to receive the full one year contract.  

Includes all of Plan C Cleaning plus the repair or replacement of the following:

• Heating Thermostat (Excludes clock or cooling thermostat)
• Fan motor, Fan belt & pulley
• Combustion chamber ($55.00 maximum allowance)
• Fuel pump
• Burner fan & coupling
• Transformer
• Cad cell relay & cads eye
• Burner motor ($75.00 maximum allowance combination heat and A/C motor)
• Nozzle, nozzle assembly and Oil filter.
• Any service needed beyond standard cleaning will be billed at time and material.
